We loved this charming restaurant in Mount Vernon area. My partner had the soecial: crepes with ricotta, lemon zest and berries and I had the French toast with scrambled eggs and bacon. Very yummy and plentiful! The bathroom was a nice surprise for a small establishment. It was newly tiled, well decorated and very clean. We found this stop on Google maps and thought with a 4.7 rating it was worth a visit. It was!!

Wow, wow, wow!! I am vegan, so it's hard for me to find a good option of food. My friend had brought be here and he was confident they would be able to offer me a vegan option, and offer me they did. I got the sandwich build your own with all the veggies and no meat and cheese. Also got the vegetable minestrone soup to go with it. I am not even kidding when I see this sandwich was everything I dreamed of, if I lived closer this would become a staple for lunch!

I love a good, down-home diner, and this one really delivered. It's got character, good service and great food. We split a Second Street scramble, plus upgraded to include their famous homemade biscuits. YUM! Also, their bathroom floor is lacquered rows of pennies. Amazing collection of vintage lunch boxes. Easy access downtown, just a few blocks from I-5.

This place is a gem! Loved everything about it, from having the good ice, to amazing house made fries. Service was very friendly and fast. It was the best rubin sandwich I've ever had. 5 stars all around will be eating here next time we are passing through.

Food was delicious! The wait was pretty long, but that's to be expected at lunch time on father's day. I loved the decor (sadly they don't sell any of their vintage lunch boxes) I would absolutely go again!

I've been here twice and had a good experience both times. I LOVE their breakfast burrito - it's tasty and huge. Their Rueben sandwich was also good, but my cheeseburger was only okay - a bit messy and perhaps not as cooked as I would like. (Our server was friendly but didn't ask my preference, and I forgot to mention it.) The fries and onion rings made up for that though!
